Hello Cool2909,This is a great question. A browlift with limited to no hair is difficult, it becomes a trade of where to hide the scar versus the benefit of a brow lift. I would consider a trans blepharoplasty or a peri brow lift. I personally do not think coronal brow lifts are beneficial for men. Of course, nothing replaces an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. I hope this helps and good luck!

Hello JY1973,Thank you for your question and for providing pictures. It appears your lower face and neck are the main areas of concern, I would say you are a great candidate for a face lift. For the best outcome I would suggest skin removal, neck muscle tightening, fat removal, and possible salivary gland removal. There is no actual data to support that growth factors help enhance healing after a facelift or CO2. As long as the area is kept clean and moist, it will heal well. They are not used in my practice, but I always suggest following the guidelines of your plastic surgeon. Thank you for your question, I hope this helps!

From your photos, I would suspect you would do well with a dual plane sub muscular breast augmentation. Certainly if you go a little on the fuller side it will likely take up some of the excess skin. My personal preference is not to do anything less than a lollipop lift if the patient needs a true lif...

Hello Isabellarosas,Looking at your pictures, it is likely that you will need a tummy tuck to compliment your Brazilian Butt Lift. I suspect if you have liposuction alone it will not adequately address your excess skin. Additionally, the tightening of your abdominal wall muscles will make a substantial difference in your overall appearance. Of course an in person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon is a must. Good luck!

If you combine the procedures the swelling from the body lift will go to your thighs as well which will make for a challenging recovery. Hello Mike_CP3, thank you for your question. Every surgeon has there own post operative protocol, and it is best to follow there instructions. Mild head elevation while sleeping will help speed swelling resolution. Nose swelling lasts for at least 6 months, up to a full year. Working out will increase swelling to a degree, but each day this will decrease. I hope this helps and happy healing!

This is a great question! A combination of a tummy tuck and liposuction will give you great results. A tummy tuck surgically removes skin and fat, where liposuction aspirates fat. In your case, more than 1000 cc's would be better for optimal results. Florida has more restrictive laws, where California has a maximum of 5 liters.
