One would anticipate that your implants begin to settle into place within a few weeks. Implants also “soften up” over the first few months. It is unusual to have pain 6 months following surgery.

Your photos indicate that you have a malposition of the right implant, giving you increased superior fullness. The breasts/implants also appear to have asymmetrical volumes, It does not appear that you need a mas...

It is quite difficult to appreciate what you are seeing with the photos you submitted. An in-person evaluation would be extremely helpful. Thank you for your question! Judging from your photos, your skin appears to be of normal thickness. The tip seems boxy. It seems that you would be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty. Yes, especially if you have smooth implants, the implants may continue to settle a bit more. If you like the superior fullness you currently have, wear a good support bra and avoid chest exercises, especially during the first few months as the chest muscle can push the implant down (inferior) and out (lateral).

Erythema (redness), and tenderness can indicate an infection or inflammation.
It would be very unusual to have an implant infection 9 weeks following surgery. Scar maturation, including resolution of the scar's darker color can take months. On occasion, absorbable suture will "spit" and Steri-Strip glue can cause irritation as well.

Thank you for your question! The photos that you share do indicate that you have a milder degree of lower pole constriction. You appear to have a relatively shorter nipple to fold length. This may limit the size of implant your surgeon will recommend in order to prevent a "double bubble" from forming postoperatively. A anatomically shaped implant may be helpful to fill the lower quadrant a bit better to improve lower pole fullness....

You are still in the very early stages of healing....especially if you had an open rhinoplasty. It can take 12-18 months for the "final" result to be seen. Changes even later in time can occur.
