This 18 year old young man had longstanding gynecomastia. He was embarrassed to take off his shirt at the beach or in a locker room. He underwent a gynecomastia correction in which I performed liposuction to the chest, removed skin, and also directly removed breast tissue. Now he can go to the beach without thinking twice! The attached post-op photos are only one month post-op - so he is still swollen. But I had to take the photos before he went off to college!
