A ketogenic diet is possible after gastric bypass surgery. Doing a ketogenic diet would be more based upon any other medical problems that you might have. I would recommend connecting/ reconnecting with your bariatric surgeon and the program that you went through for surgery. If that is not an option, there are other weight loss programs with dietitians that will evaluate your situation and help you get back on track.
