I would suggest an in person consult with a board certified Plastic Surgeon to work out the details but I think you would benefit greatly from some implants to give you more fullness up top and a mastopexy (breast lift). Dear Sydney: It looks as if your implants have migrated too far inferiorly (toward your feet) and your right breast is a bit more saggy than your left. Good news is this can be fixed! As long as your implants are OK, you don't necessarily need new ones. Personally I keep my incisions a bit lower than where your surgeon has placed them but having said that, I don't think yours are abnormally or unacceptably high. Dear K4thrine: You do indeed posses an element of tuberous breast deformity. In addition, you have some breast ptosis (sagginess). Having said that, you can have beautiful breasts! You will need implants and a breast lift, which will result in some additional scarring but will leave you with the most attractive shape possible.
