Lower settings and several treatments very effectively treat these spots.
Diligent sunscreen and avoidance of sun exposure are important to prevent recurrence, and retreatment over time is frequently needed to maintain optimal results.

These black spots are normal after photo facials in pigmented areas.
They will slough naturally in a couple of weeks. Careful sunscreen use and avoidance of sun exposure is important to maintain your results post procedure.
