Answer Snippet
Will a cortisone injection for back pain soften and/or remove facial moles?
Moles
May 10, 2019
This should not remove moles, however it can make a mole softer if the mole was inflamed to begin with. Normally this does not impact moles in any way.
Why is the spot where I had a blood vessel red dot removed suddenly dark almost black now where
Angioma
May 10, 2019
For facial angiomas, the red spots will turn purple (bruising) after treatment then slowly fade over the next week or two. You may have some minor swelling associated with it. As with any laser treatment, there is always a minor risk of blister and scar– but if the right settings are used, these risks are minimal.
