The answer to your question is a qualified yes.We usually do not make incisions in front of the ears for facelifts. My routine incision begins in the temple at the hairline and yes, continues around the ear, but runs from the top of the ear in and out of the nuances of the ear ( “retro-tragal”), leaving that portion pretty much invisible.
