If you have an established capsule, and there is no need to remove it (like capsular contracture), then it is definitely possible to use cautery and/or sutures to reposition the implant. I started using this technique in 2013, and the majority of cases are successful without having to use a graft. A graft may be indicated if the tissue is overly weak (lots of stretch marks) or thin. I would recommend seeking a surgeon who is skilled in revision breast surgery since it can be more complicated...

The decision about whether to have a tummy tuck depends on whether you are open to needing another surgery after having kids. Most patients who have not had kids can do a skin only tummy tuck, where the muscle isn’t tightened.

I’ve done tummy tucks on several women who have gone on to get pregnant. Only one patient required revision surgery to retighten muscle (she had multiple kids before). The rest were either still happy or only had a minor touch up to remove skin under local.

I’m assuming you mean Sculptra, in which case it cannot really be dissolved and will gradually lessen over about 18 months. If it was Radiesse, the hyluronic acid portion can be dissolved with Hylanex or Vitrase. I suggest discussing further with your injector and posting with additional details (like how much product was injected) for the best answer.

Birth control is one of many factors that can affect risk of blood clots after surgery. The official risk scale (the 2005 Caprini Risk Model) gives it 1 point. A major surgery (like breast augmentation) is worth 2 points. If you have no other risk factors, the recommendation is to wear compression stockings and sequential calf compression massagers during surgery and to walk around at least 500 steps a day. There should be no need to stop the birth control based on standard recommendations.

Implants are used to get a larger size and also to create a fuller, rounded breast shape. I think you have enough tissue to achieve the cup size you want, but you still may benefit from an implant to provide more fullness to the upper breast.

Depending on your measurements and the thickness of tissue once you’re done breastfeeding, it may be safest to separate a lift and placement of implants to minimize the risk of damage to the nipple.

I’m sorry to see your reaction to the steroid. In some cases, steroids can thin and stretch the skin. If this is the case, once your hair loss is stabilized, you can cut out the hairless skin. Alternately, you could consider hair transplant from the back of the scalp.
