This a 33 yr old male is complaining of difficulty breathing and wanting to reshape his nose. He states that he fell a few years ago and broke his nose, but has never had surgery. This patient had a combination of septoplasty & rhinoplasty. He was very happy with his end results. He is 4 months post-op.
