Based on these recent photos which I imagine is after your third revision , you are coming along.As far as nipple shaped symmetry that can be improved with minor touch ups in the future, say 8 months from now.Overall you are heading in the right direction.One photo with the q tip at the incision site is worrisome.Hopefully you dont have an issue  with an exposed breast implant.

I'm curious about your surgeons technique and approach to the placement of your buttock implants.
Your incision length, location and placement is not typical.I'm very concerned about your personal hygiene and whether your incision is now contaminated.
Implants that are contaminated or infected will need to be removed immediately. Your safety and general health are at risk.

You have beautiful skin over several areas of your face!I do see your areas of concern. You have investigated and tried some of the lesser intrusive techniques but these have not been the best  choice in my mind. It has definitely  helped your unaffected skin.For the areas with the deeper scars you will need aggressive regular dermabrasion, and surgical excision of these scars, backed up with a CO2 laser to help the entire face, which will help with transition zones and color match.I'm af...

Based on your photos you are a great candidate for an upper eyelid lift or blepharoplasty.As far as timing you never want to rush into anything in general. If you were able to find a surgeon that you felt comfortable with and that person could do it relatively soon, you probably  would be happy with your results when your event time showed up.The thing with eyelid and facial surgery it takes a few months for healing to complete itself to the point that you are happy in a photo.

I think that A375 to 450 are great options for you for breast augmentation. 
Usually when plastic surgeons pick a size it's based on enter operative view of different sizes placed within the pocket. Before we actually put R perm and implants in period sometimes before an operation a patient will pick say a 450 CC implant when in fact a 350 CC implant would be a fantastic size for a patient. Your  BBL looks great. You now need more fat injected into those deep areas on the side.It would be nice to know what you looked like before. Sometimes people naturally have these deep areas.Hopefully you have some fat stores to correct this.You could  borrow some from the buttock area It will look better once this  is corrected.

The lumpy area could be a balled up fat transfer.See if they injected the fat or placed it in the pocket .Time will help this area. Either way it will get better.You might need a small touch up procedure by your surgeon.In the meantime....massage...massage...massage.Good luck to you.

Based on your early photos it's too hard to predict what you will end up with.At this point I would massage the areas constantly and WAIT.You may require some more work in the future as a second stage. The area in your back will probably resolve completely.It would be nice to see before photos for a comparison.
