Thank you for your question. Icing can be helpful to reduce swelling post surgery. I typically recommend icing about 20 minutes on 20 minutes off for a few days after. It is always best to follow the instructions of your surgeon.

Thank you for your question. Each office will have their own policies. At our office we allow our patients to change their size at their pre-op but will not allow them to change after their sizing consent is signed. I recommend contacting your surgeons office to find out their policies.

I recommend following the post operative instructions from your surgeon. I typically advise my patients to wait at least 2-3 week after surgery to have sex. By that point the incisions should be completely closed. Listen to your body and give your best judgement.

Thank you for your question. Removing your sports bra for short period of time is OK. I suggest that my patients wear a sports bra 24/7 (as much as possible) for 6 weeks. Removing to shower, massage, or short periods will not harm your recovery.
