Generally speaking, fat transfer to the best does improve animation deformity in patients that have had cosmetic breast augmentation, as well as breast reconstruction after mastectomy. However, in my experience, it may take multiple fat grafting sessions to build up enough tissue above the muscle so that the movement in the muscle does not result in the breast skin movement.

Thank you for your question. Yes, fat grafting from other parts of your body to the breast can help make your breast look fuller, but they stay very natural looking. While implants are perky, fat grafting to the breast tends to look much more natural. In addition, usually, with fat grafting, you can only go up 1-2 cup sizes and not much more. Thank you for your question. Based on my experience and the included photo, I think that if you had a breast lift, with auto augmentation and fat grafting, you could achieve a B cup size breast.
