This patient’s chief complaint was excess lower abdominal fat and skin. She had her children via C-section, and had relatively taut abdominal muscles. For her moderate abdominoplasty, she had 1462 grams of her abdominal pannus removed under general anesthesia. She also had minor abdominoplasty revision with liposuction on her lower abdomen 7 months after the first one. Patient was plagued with recurrent seroma, but is doing well now. She had a history of hypertrophic scars, and is treating the scar with a steroid injection. (Sep 6, 2019)
