I would encourage you to wait 4-6 months post partum and see where you settle before you accept the possible complications of surgery. Consider one of the G1 or G6 medicines that are available like ozempic and see how your skin does. You might be very suprised! Post pregnancy skin changes over months, not just weeks.

Go back and look at your preoperative photos for the same asymmetry. The implants sometimes amplify what was already there. A band will not help.

Sorry to hear of this, but you give too little detail about where the pain is. Which side, what it feels like, what relieves it and whether you can reproduce it by pushing on 1 point. I have had interventional radiology inject alcohol directly into a nerve to stop pain, but can’t give you a recommendation without knowing a ton more.

There is no stitch that will reliably do what your finger is doing in view #4. Your skin quality and elasticity gets worse as you age. Smokers age much faster. Placing a mesh like Galaflex or Durasorb in the lower part of the breast leave behind an internal bra as they are adsorbed by the body. I would not believe that any sort of suspension from above will work in a reliable way.

This forum never replaces an in person exam. The laxity that is seen on the side views implies that you have more muscle wall laxity especially around your umbilicus with less of a fat issue than muscle. Your bulge will persist if you do not fix the “gristle” tissue around your muscles in a formal TT. You will likely be disappointed with lipo.

We test our patients for Cotinine (a breakdown product of Nicotine) if they are having any sort of thin flap surgery like a TT, a breast lift or facelift. If they test positive, we cancel the surgery. I will do Blepharoplasty and Breast Augmentation on active smokers. All that said, the side effects of smoking and vaping (blood vessel constriction and contraction) go away by 2 weeks so as long as you don’t give into impulse again, you should be fine.

In my experience, what you see at 4 months is what you get. Although your Right shoulder is slightly higher in the picture than the Left, your implant is definitely higher. This happens without asymmetry at the time of placement. In my practice, I return to the OR to reposition the Right side. I do not charge a surgeons fee, but the patient is responsible for the facility and if necessary an anesthesia fee.

There is less risk of clotting after a short operation like breast Aug. You will need to get up and move on the flight and compression hose are advised. You will need to talk with your doctor about medicines and blood thinners or aspirin before the surgery with the impending flight. There is usually some air around the implant pocket so anticipate some discomfort both ascending and descending.

When we do a lift, we intentionally “shove” tissue up behind and above the Nipple complex. When you wake up, you may have a bit of a fog light appearance rather than a headlight appearance. over the next 4 months the tissue falls behind the Nipple and the shape changes to a headlight configuration. I am sorry to hear of the difficulty that you are having. This can happen with lift aug and may be permanent. In some patients, it may return after 6-12 months so don’t give up hope. There is nothing that you can do now to change the outcome.
