However, I would recommend seeing a plastic surgeon to discuss the overall contour of your abdomen as well! Their goal should be to address your concerns while also finding a balance that fits your figure. This is because the blood flow and lymphatics have been disrupted from removal of the excess skin and fat. Thanks for your question and photograph. From what I can see, based off this photo, I would agree that you have excess skin after losing over 120 lbs (congratulations, btw)! Although Coolsculpting can address areas of mild amounts of stubborn fat, it would not address the skin laxity that comes with massive weight loss. I would recommend seeing a plastic surgeon for an in person consultation so you are aware of all your options (surgical and non-surgical)!

If you are having nipple hypersensitivity or recurrent breast pain and change in the firmness of either of your breasts 8 months after surgery, then I would recommend following up with your plastic surgeon. Your surgeon can assess whether or not you are having the formation of a capsular contracture, which can cause these types of symptoms. However, I would definitely recommend seeing a plastic surgeon in person to discuss your contour irregularities / previous scars and how they can safely be addressed while giving you the look you want and getting sufficient fat for the BBL. Thank you for your question. Is this something that happened to both of your breasts following breast augmentation? Unfortunately, one of the risks of breast augmentation (especially with larger implants) is partial or total loss of nipple sensation. The nerves can be stretched out (or cut) from the surgery and sometimes they do not recover. At this point (over 3 years), it is unlikely that you will have any meaningful recovery of sensation. Great question! Typically, my patients can start applying silicone sheets at around 3 weeks post-op (after scars are pink) and apply them for up to 3 months. After that, I recommend patients keep their scars completely out of the direct sunlight for the next 12 months as the scar is continuing to remodel.
