Hello – Your plastic surgeon will be the best resource for an accurate assessment, advice and/or meaningful reassurance.
There is not any reliable or predictable correlation between cup size and implant size. Bra’s vary significantly from where you buy them. Band width can adjust the cup size. A soft estimate is 200-250cc will increase by a cup size. Therefor, yes you “should” be a B with a 250cc implant.
