After growing up in Westlake Village, Dr. Som attended the University of California-Los Angeles, graduating with a degree in Cybernetics and Mathematics with honors. He earned his medical degree from UC-San Diego Medical School, during which he conducted a year of research in plastic surgery, focusing on hand reconstruction. During this time, Dr. Som helped provide plastic and reconstructive surgery as part of the Interface Outreach program, which took him to a variety of underserved locations in Mexico.

Based on the photos, I cannot see your full body structure to talk about liposuction but for the second question I would suggest a Breast Reduction and Lift. This will help align your breasts back to firmer and elevated breasts without the sagginess and weight involved with it.

Usually you cannot remove this type of tattoo, but new laser technology has made it possible to effectively remove the pigments in the tattoo. This would usually take 5-8 sessions to fully work, but you are also putting a lot of pressure on your lips with the tattoo and laser removal, so I would talk to a professional before continuing for full authorization after consultation.

You would need another full assessment during consultation and we can be more forthcoming on what type of surgery is needed/not needed to continue with. For a revision, I suggest a board certified plastic surgeon to handle these surgeries.

Hey! So the scar line is a patient and doctor choice on how the surgery is conducted and how the shape of the body will align with the incision. Many times it would be the pattern closely matched of the underwear line to cover the incision.
Showers or Baths After Tummy Tuck?

I suggest my patients to have the best results without showering for 72 hours and after the 72 hours you may start sponge bath without showering or taking a full bath, and this can be done for another week for recovery. You will need to recover your body and without external bacteria/pathogens from entering the incisions. You need a full recovery and that goes for everyone who is looking at this answer for their surgeries. One week of no full shower wont hurt you and give you better results….

Hey! With the picture shown, you would definitely benefit from either a mini or full tummy tuck as the picture show it would help greatly with your body complex. If you are still thinking about having a 5th child, I suggest waiting when you are fully complete in child birth to start the procedure to have a complex look without constant change.
