While the surgery and Lovenox are not absolute contraindications to treatment with Botox or fillers, you’ll likely want to wait at least 2 weeks after discontinuing the Lovenox to prevent excessive bruising or bleeding.
What is the best treatment for frown lines?

Neuromodulators, like Dysport or Botox, can help soften those lines immensely by relaxing the frowning/furrowing muscles. When the lines are as deep as yours, neuromodulators alone may not completely get rid of them. Additional treatments such as microneedling, dermal fillers, or other resurfacing modalities may be necessary to more completely erase these lines.
Would lip filler help achieve facial harmony?

Thanks for your question. I think your chin looks beautiful – it appears to have balanced your lower face and profile! When you have a well-balanced chin and profile, you can carry fuller lips, so I do believe lip filler would look natural and fit your face. You have a lovely lip shape, so I suggest maintaining that shape and just using filler to add a touch more volume/fullness!

For most Caucasian women, lips look the best when the ratio of top to bottom lip height is 1:1.618. This ratio can be closer to 1:1 in women of different ethnicities. It also depends on your goals! Keeping the ratios close to what is common for your ethnicity will help ensure the results look really natural.

Treating just the frontalis is definitely an option, however since the frontalis and the glabella muscles are connected via fascia, treating just the frontalis can *sometimes* lead to more movement and wrinkles in the glabella area.

You’re right that Botox and Dysport cannot be directly compared and that 2.5 – 3 units of Dysport is roughly equivalent to 1 unit of Botox. For simplicity, many offices including mine refer to all neurotoxins in terms of “Botox equivalents”. Dysport is cheaper per unit, however you need more Dysport units to get the same results. Say you wanted your frown lines treated. It could be 50 units of Dysport or 20 units of Botox. The cost per unit of Dysport is roughly 2.5 times less than the cost…

PRF is a wonderful undereye treatment for a couple of reasons. One, it is very safe. Filler in the undereye area carries some risks that PRF does not have. Second, PRF contains growth factors that stimulate collagen that can improve that crepey appearance and somewhat improve the look of dark circles and hollowing. The results build slowly – you may start to see benefit at 2-3 months after your first treatment, then more results compound after subsequent treatments.
