This a fantastic plan and what I would recommend if you were my patient. You definitely need a lift. But after a lift, the upper pole will be deflated and the breast will not be fully round. With a small implant, when I mean small is somewhere between 200-300 CC we can give the breast a much prettier, perkier, and rounder shape and add upper pole fullness without adding a whole lot of volume to the breast and making the breast big. I would recommend a high profile or a moderate plus profile...

I agree with you. If it bothers you to the point that its giving you symptoms everyday then it is not unreasonable to go back into surgery and get them removed. The problem about this is that you will not be able to breast feed for a few weeks after you take the implants out while your breast heal. That is probably what the other doctors had in mind. But if you can pump and save milk or consider formula that may be an option.

Typically, we would like to wait at least six months to redo an operation. However, if you are very very upset and this is going to make you miserable for the next six month then it is not unreasonable to let your surgeon know. He may agree to take them out and put smaller implants in or remove them all together which all together which I would not recommend necessarily but to put smaller ones in.
