Hello – thank you for your question. The only time it’s too late is after surgery! So make sure you ask your plastic surgeon and communicate your wishes prior to surgery. We usually carry multiple size implants in our office/hospital, so it should not be an issue! Hope this helps!
How long after being off Accutane can you get a breast augmentation under the muscle?

Hello and thank you for your question. It usually is recommend to wait at least 6 months from your last dose to perform elective surgery, as it could impact scaring and healing. Each plastic surgeon is different, so make sure to ask your plastic surgeon about his pre-op requirement. A clearance from your dermatologist could be needed. Hope this helps! Does placing the implants under the muscle reduce its size? How much?

Hello – thank you for your question. The choice of pocket (sub glandular vs submusclar) shouldn’t really affect the “size” of the implant, but more so its look. Under the muscle usually give a more natural look with a more “slopy” transition between your chest to breast. Both have their pros and cons, so make sure to ask your plastic surgeon about the difference! Hope this helps!

Thank you for your question. It can work, yes. As long as you are ok with some asymmetry after surgery, especially with the areola size/location. The breast size difference can be reduced by choosing different size/profile implants if needed. Make sure to ask your plastic surgeon all your questions during your consultation!
