I recommend your schedule a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can go over your history, examine you and make recommendations. I would want a letter of clearance from your oncologist prior to surgery but the presence of a port should not matter.

The choice of a new implant should be based not just on volume but on the measurements of your chest and breast. You are lean and the larger the implant that you go with the more it can thin your breast tissue, and a wider implant can do the same. Make sure that you only see the board certified plastic surgeon who will take measurements and make suggestions based on these measurements. Also, you should look into a more highly cohesive implant to decrease the risk of rippling and wrinkling….

By your brief history and single photo it looks like you should have had a breast lift with your implants. Your breasts appear slight elongated because of this. Your asymmetry would be improved with a breast lift as well. There is no replacement for an in person exam with measurements. I highly doubt your base width is 16cm and it would be a mistake to choose an implant that wide. The measurements on the Vectra are placed outside boundaries of your breast tissue. You do have a little wider space between your breasts that may effect your cleavage. I would suggest you have another consultation with an experienced board-certified plastic surgeon to take measurements and suggests proper implants.

I would recommend you follow up with your plastic surgeon to discuss your options. It does appear that your left side is lower and more lateral although an in person exam is required. Based upon your photos and your history it does not appear that you will need a breast lift. I tell my patients that you may decide to do so in the future but you are a young woman who has not had children and will most likely have a very acceptable result with implant removal only.
