If you are planning on getting pregnant in the very near future, you can wait until after delivery to have surgery. Around 6 months after delivery , mastectomy removal of implants and DIEP flaps would give you both a breast reconstruction as well as a tummy tuck. As long as your MRI didn’t show silicone outside of the capsule or a suspicious lesion in the breast, it would probably be ok to proceed this way.

Having a breast revision is a very personal loan. First, in order to more appropriately comments, it would be necessary to see the before pictures. Just by looking at the after pictures, a small revision in the next few months maybe get you closer to Level of symmetry that is more acceptable to you. Remember, no procedures without rest. Infection, scarring, worsening of the asymmetry can also occur.

I would first visit with your primary physician and rule out other causes of back pain before considering downsizing. Even if you downsized into the 200 mL range, this would be a very small weights for adoption and doubt that would be the solution.

Emsculpt is not reliable for fat reduction. I do not have it, but I am not biased because I don’t. I have seen several patients with no results from other providers. I have fixed the problem with Smart Lipo under local anesthesia. You actually see the fat that is removed rather than doing an external treatment and hope the fat goes away. Remember if sound too good be true...
