From the photo it looks like a combination of large pores and acne scars. Multiple treatments with different modalities is the best approach. We combine different wavelengths of fractional lasers, IPL, microneedling, PRP, RF, TCA cross and subsicion/filler when needed. Go see a doc who has treated a lot of acne scarring in your area and get more than one opinion.

Microscopic (from biopsies) skin changes have been shown to persist from microneedling for about six months - but this is not exact. It can vary between patients.
Is it normal not to be red the day following microneedling with PRP?

PRP decreases inflammation and redness from microneedling and patients heal faster. And some people have more redness in general than others with microneedling. Number of passes over the skin with the microneedling device also affects the amount of redness. Also the skin redness reaction tends to lessen with subsequent treatments.
Do I need more filler in my lips to correct the unevenness?

...in the top lip but it looks subtle. One option would be to try to dissolve some on the larger side with hyaluronidase.
I would caution placing more as your lips look very full and the skin looks tight - I think this increases your risk of a complication. Think of lips with very tight skin as an indication of increased pressure in the tissue which could lead to decreased blood flow with further injection.
How long for Infraorbital nerve damage to heal following 0.5ml of HA filler in cheek 10 months ago?

I recommend seeing a neurologist to rule out other causes of facial pain and if nothing is found maybe consider having the filler dissolved. If it is somehow the HA causing the nerve pain that might help, but if the nerve pain is from needle or cannula injury to the nerve then it wouldn’t likely help.
Also you might try acupuncture in the meantime - it sometimes helps greatly with nerve pain.
Can you advise on a mole on side of my face that is getting pretty big?

I agree with those below that say that this looks like a seborrheic keratosis - from the photo. But photos are not a great way to feel comfortable with a diagnosis of a growth. And almost all need to be sent for microscopic examination after removal. The type of removal would depend on the exam and a discussion of risks and benefits. I remove most moles with shave excision.

Emsculpt addresses the muscle by building new muscle and burns fat. Tummy tuck only deals with fat so if muscle looseness is an issue the surgery won’t help with that.
