This patient was unhappy with the overall aged appearance of her face and neck. She felt very youthful, happy, and energetic, but felt that her face conveyed a tired and sad appearance. She underwent a High SMAS face lift, deep neck lift, upper eyelid lift, and fat grafting to her face.
