This patient is an athlete who sustained multiple sports-related nasal fractures. He was having difficulty breathing through his nose because of the severe deviation as a result of the fractures. Also, he was not happy with how crooked his nose looked as a result of these injuries. He underwent rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and additional surgery to open up his airway. He is 6 months out from his surgery in these photos.
