Glad to hear your surgeons are testing the fluid for BIA-ALCL and infection. Treatment for this could be drainage, but often a revision surgery to remove the capsule and evacuate the seroma is needed. Wish you the best, good luck!

I typically recommend patient to stop using all supplements prior to surgery. If concerned, call your surgeon's office and discuss your supplements with them. It is better to prepare ahead of time in order to decrease the chances of complications. Good luck!!

Pre-operative and photos of the opposite breast would help, but it does appear the implant is not centered on the chest. Bring up your concerns with your surgeon at your next appointment and you may be a candidate for a revision surgery which can reshape the pocket. Good luck!!

You are still very early in the post-op period. It usually takes 3-4 months until the final shape is achieved. The skin and pocket will continue to expand over this time. Patience is the key as well as following your surgeon's post-op limitations and instructions. Good luck!!
