Yes, you need a lift. The lift will provide symmetry along with overall better breast shape. You will have to decide on the timing.

You have a difficult case. Number 1, make sure you under go mammogram screening for any breast issues. Second, depending on the amount of fat necrosis, and tissue that needs removal, it may need to be done in stages. You need a qualified plastic surgeon who can exam the breast and give you a good plan.

You don't need a lift, so scars are out. I would say a 300cc implant should get you close to the look you are going for. I would still "size" by placing sizers in your bra to see if that is the look your going for. Most plastic surgery offices do sizing as opposed to letting the doctor choose what the wish.

Hello, yes...but it would look horrible. Part of breast augmentation is matching the breast tissue with the implant. If you just put an implant in when you need a lift... you have a full looking upper breast, with the remaining breast tissue hanging off of the implant. Does not look good. Seek out a good surgeon for eval.Dr P

Hello, I commonly take 2 different sizes of implant with my to the OR. On the table I am able to adjust for small asymmetries. I think having the different size options can be helpful. I would defer the final choice to your surgeon who is there in real time and has the best initial looks.Dr P

Hello, its common to have this type of pain after surgery. A large nerve that supplies sensation is on the outer part of your breast. Typically this gets better over the next few weeks. I still recommend you discussing with your PS who can exam and verify this is normal.

Hello, I would call your doctor. Any good doctor would rather take care of issues early, as opposed to later. My patients have my phone number after surgery if they need me. I am only upset if they do not call if they have an issue. Dr P

I would discuss this with your PS. It can take some time for things to settle. If your breast tissue remains low and seems to hang off of the implant, a breast lift may be helpful to shape your breast tissues around the implant. Dr P

Hello, I recommend to all my patients that they be on a well balanced healthy diet around the time of surgery. Surgery requires increased calories to heal, if you are not well balanced, it could put you at higher risk for poor wound healing. Dr P

Hello, in general 200cc of volume equals a cup size. I would recommend focusing on how you look when sizing for the augmentation as opposed to a " cup size "due the the variation in bra measurements.
