Since the excess skin should have been removed at the surgery, weight gain should be reversible. Exercise on a bike (road or stationary) is ideal after tummy tuck as it is good to burn calories, but you are naturally bent over and keep tension off your tummy.

I don’t think you have tuberous or “constricted breasts”. You may have the most subtle form of this condition but it would not affect the ability to perform breast augmentation with the expectation of a good outcome. Good luck

There would have no negative effect upon your surgery, except you would be fasting and unable to drink to rehydrate so this would be the only issue I could see. May be better just to relax.

I think a big issue with travel after surgery is the risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and possible subsequent pulmonary embolus (PE). Certainly long haul flights have a risk of DVT (“economy class syndrome”) without surgery, and the risk is greatly increased if the two are combined. I am personally happy fo rmy patients to fly in the order of one hour after surgery, but instruct them to get an isle seat and get up and walk frequently. I personally think this is a poor option. The “cure may be worse than the disease”. There are good techiques for making the nipple with local flaps, which I find work very well. The areolar can be tattoed for the colour, and can be adjusted to match the other arolar from the opposite side. Simplt tattooing the nipple areolar can work well as an alternative to a surgical procedure.
