Most surgeons will suggest you have a BMI of 30 or less to improve your outcome and reduce the risk for wound healing problems. In addition, you want to be non smoking for a minimum of one month.

You could certainly be a candidate for all the procedures you listed- but a BMI of 30 or less means your weight needs to be around 165.

After a consultation, your PS will send a predetermination letter to see if you qualify for a breast reduction based on the criteria outlined by your specific insurance.

As other surgeons have mentioned, the concept of natural looking is an individual choice. If you have already had consultations, and those are the choices given to you by your surgeon, ask them to describe how much upper pole fullness (push up) each choice would provide.

If the breast is not significantly enlarged, then what you are describing is probably garden variety capsular contracture. If the breast has recently signifcantly enlarged, then you need to be evaluated to see if you have developed a seroma or fluid around the implant. I would not wait to be seen.

The answer is all about expectations. You can certainly get a nice result with an extended tummy tuck. However, if your expectation is that you want to have absolutely the maximum amount of skin removal and tension in the upper abdomen then you would require an FdL.
Obviously the tradeoff is the vertical scar.
I think you could get a very nice result with an extended tummy tuck. Make sure any board certified PS you see has a significant experience with massive weight loss patients.

You would need to be examined to be sure, but I would not be surprised to find that you may have a parysis of the marginal mandibular nerve with decreased motion of the depressor anuguli oris. If so then we could treat the opposite side with an endotoxin such as botox. Botox generally works for about 3 months. You would need to be 18 or have adult consent for treatment.

Most patients find recovery after additional Kybella treatments improves each time (becomes easier) you will still have similar recovery- several days of noticeable swelling and warmth.That said, we usually have patients have additional treatments sooner than two years. If you have not had any weight gain, I would guess that your next treatment recovery will be easier, but I cant say for sure as its been longer than usual
