You will need a capsulorrhaphy or a revision of the capsule around the implant (using sutures) to close off some of the outer pocket of the implant to push the implant back towards the center of your chest.   it’s technically a little challenging to do properly to form that outer pocket crease smoothly sometimes and make it blend with the inframammary fold and be symmetric with the other side.   You should see someone who has a lot of experience with this type of surgery.   Best wishes.

I would agree that your breasts are still saggy.  Although the lollipop lift you had can be a very effective lift option for a lot of patients, it can only get rid of so much skin and there is a  limit as to how much it can lift.   If you want maximum perkiness but with smaller volume than what you currently have, I think you will need replacement with smaller implants and the inverted T/ anchor lift.   it would be difficult to graft fat at the same time as an anchor lift.  You could al…

It just really depends on the results you are expecting.  Liposuction alone can debulk the areas of fullness but it cannot give you the flat washboard abdomen with accentuated six packs that a full tummy tuck can give you with the abdominal wall tightening (which you really need for your lower abdomen) and the extensive skin resection and re- draping which will require belly button repositioning.

At just 8 months post op it would be unlikely that your implants have ruptured already unless you had a traumatic implant insertion.  The only way to know for sure is to do an MRI.  Your surgeon will usually determine if there is enough concern to warrant getting an MRI.  Your breasts look good and fairly symmetrical at this point so a physical exam would help to determine if any additional work up is required.  Best wishes.
