It seems like you have issues on your right side that may need to be addressed without an examination. The surgeon can discuss your risks of ALCL. Thank you for your question. Based on your issues, you will be a good candidate for removal of the excess skin. This skin can be addressed with either a panniculectomy or abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). A panniculectomy will just remove the excess skin, the abdominoplasty will also tighten the rectus muscles (abdominal muscles) which will help to give you a flatter abdomen after surgery. Implants will result on long lasting fullness, whereas fat transfer will fluctuate with weight fluctuations. I would have these discussions with your plastic surgeon and then decide accordingly. Thanks for your question. Looking at your pictures, your nipples are hanging a little lower than ideal, as a result of this, your best result would include a lift. However based on the size of the implants you choose and if placed in a dual plane you may get a natural lift of your nipple. I would recommend that you meet with a board certified plastic surgeon and discuss your options.

Thank you for your question. Everyone has different level of tolerance for pain. Many patients are able to return to work after 1 week but time will tell. If you have a desk job, it may be easier to return at 1 week. Please discuss with your plastic surgeon, re activity restrictions.

Thank you for your question. After a breast reduction, sometimes the skin has issues with healing and results in the purplish areas which progressed and now that that tissue has been cleared away, you will be able to heal and still have a great result.

Thank you for your question. I think you should wait until you are finished having kids before a tummy tuck. The rectus diastasis is repaired at the time of the tummy tuck and would get stretched if you were to get pregnant again. Good luck!
