This patient had heavy upper lids causing visual field deficit. She felt more rejuvenated and had improved vision with her upper lid blepharoplasty which included skin muscle resection as well as removal of fat from under the muscle. She is only 4 weeks post op and still has mild to moderate swelling which will continue to improve.
