Hello and thank you for your question and photo. I don't recommend armpit incision , it is not as good of a result with that technique. The scar in fold is maybe 2" long at most and is most common due to better results overall.

Hello and thank you for your question . Very good surgeons , especially those who specialize in one area , can be very busy , but doesn't mean perfection . Breast augmentations are a simpler , under 1 hour surgery and sometimes are just easier to fit into the office for a consult. It is important that they be Board Certified and show a lot of before and afters on their website.

Hello and thank you for your question. The best support bra's can be a post surgical bra like Mirena or sports bra's like running comfort or she-fit , however, you don't need to spend a lot of money on them if they are snug and have full coverage with a front clasp or zipper

Hello and thank you for your question and photo's. If you are planning on having children , I would wait on the lift, however, if you aren't then I agree with you, I would want the lift, esp for your left breast since it's lower then the right.

Hello and thank you for your question and photo's. You may not need a lift from what i see, you are somewhat on the cusp of needing one but you can always just have the implant and decide after if you feel you want to be lifted as well. Your left breast has a bit more ptosis then the right .

Hello and thank you for your question . a PICO dressing seems a bit excessive unless you have had serious surgical wound issues in the past . If you are healthy, well nourished and don't use tobacco products, you should be fine .

Hello and thank you for your question . Ideally you should have a BMI of 30 or less. If you lose and gain weight in your breasts especially, I would wait and get to your desired weight.

Hello and thank you for your question and photo. Your risk is very low since you are young, healthy and i presume don't use any tobacco products. Probably less then 1-2 % chance of having any healing issues.

Hello and thank you for your question and photo's. I recommend a tummy tuck with flank lipo . If you are finished having children and at your desired weight, ideally with a BMI of 30 or less, you can have the surgery. Coolsculpting is temporary where a tummy tuck with muscle plication and liposuction , is permanent.

Hello and thank you for your question . I am not sure how it would affect your surgery? Taking antibiotics afterward and being on HORMONES / hormonal IUD can lower the efficacy of the birth control and then increase risk of pregnancy.
