You can AND should use moisturizer when undergoing Retin-A treatment. I use 0.1% tretinoin aka Retin-A myself (Obagi). I like the Obagi Hydrate moisturizer and my usual sequence is to apply the Retin-A on a clean face wait a few minutes then apply the moisturizer. I agree with others who say you shouldn’t mix the Retin-A with the moisturizer at the same time as this may cause you to use less Retin-A, effectively diluting it.

Retin-A works well on the lower eyelid. I use it myself on full face and lower eyelids. Over time it improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It’s safe and works well, I recommend it.

A cheek filler such as Voluma could mildly improve your nasolabial folds while at the same time adding volume to your cheeks giving a more youthful look. If you really want to improve the nasolabial folds (NLFs), you should have filler placed specifically in the NLF, that would give you the most noticable improvement. On losing weight, that generally makes things worse and accentuates folds.
