The patient was a 39 year-old female who had breasts too large for her body frame proportions. Her activities were restricted due to the size/weight of her breasts. The left breast is much larger than the right. She also had ptosis of both breasts and significant asymmetry. The doctor performed Bilateral breast reduction and mastopexy of bilateral breasts was performed.
