The patient was a 55 year-old female, who after weight loss, had significant loss of volume and ptosis to her breasts. She desired a more youthful look. Thereby, a bilateral breast augmentation with 325cc Mentor Xtra Smooth Round MPP Gel Silicone implants with standard inverted T lift technique was done.
