This is a very frustrating problem but there is a high likelihood it can be significantly improved. Most likely your implants were placed beneath the muscle which means that the attachments of the muscle to the ribs was released which allows it to move upwards with contraction. An operative procedure to separate the muscle from the scar capsule that used to surround your implants and replacing the muscle to its original attachments should improve this dramatically. fat determines who the best candidate is for a great result from liposuction.
The more localized the fat deposits and the better the skin tone, the better
