Statement: Dr. Kevin Tehrani has been a leading board-certified plastic surgeon in New York City for nearly two decades. The founder and director of Aristocrat Plastic Surgery in Manhattan and Long Island, he has performed thousands of successful cosmetic procedures on the face, breasts, and body, including breast augmentation, liposuction, breast lift, mommy makeover, Brazilian butt lift, tummy tuck, facelift, facial fat transfer, and eyelid surgery.

His practice also offers popular nonsurgical procedures, such as Botox, Juvéderm, Kybella, CoolSculpting, Silhouette InstaLift, and Fraxel laser skin rejuvenation.

Renowned for his mastery of aesthetic surgery, Dr. Tehrani relentlessly strives to deliver exceptional care and results for his patients. Dr. Tehrani obtained his medical degree at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He went on to complete a general surgery residency at New York’s Beth Israel Medical Center, where he became chief resident. Dr. Tehrani continued his postgraduate training as chief resident in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Kansas University Medical Center in Kansas City.

He also served as Lieutenant Commander in the Naval Reserves Medical Corps for nine years.

A committed educator, Dr. Tehrani now serves as chief of the division of plastic surgery and assistant clinical professor in the department of surgery at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. There, he uses his extensive knowledge of plastic surgery to provide instructional courses in aesthetic surgery and laser applications.
When not working at his practice, Dr. Tehrani volunteers his surgical expertise to children living in developing countries with congenital and acquired defects.

Dr. Tehrani is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
