Most over the counter eye whitening drops like Visine and Clear Eyes are very hard on the eyes, both the chemicals themselves and the preservatives that are included. My only recommendation for eye whitening is LUMIFY which actually brightens the eyes more than the other drops and avoids most of the rebound redness that occurs with Visine and similar products.

Yes that laser is currently conducting clinical trials and not yet approved in the US. So far, the data looks good and the procedure appears safe but more investigations should be done. The best way to deal with this cosmetic issue is to surgically remove the pigmented areas. My preferred eye whitener is LUMIFY but it will address redness not the pigmented brown areas.

The best way I have found to soften these lines is a combination of topical re-texturizers including topical TCA, retinoids and vitamin C to boost collagen production. Fractional CO2 lasers like MIXTO can smooth and tighten and radiofrequency like NuEra can also tighten skin, minimizing wrinkles with no downtime.
