I see that you made this post last November. I was wondering if you noticed any difference in your treatment results now that it is several months later? As with most medical procedures results are not 100% guaranteed. I hope you were able to find some resolution to your situation.

The fact that you have had your cervix and uterus removed should not have a negative effect on your results. I have treated many patients with several children (vaginal deliveries) using radio-frequency treatments. These patients have reported just as good results as patients with less of no vaginal deliveries. Before making a final decision on your treatment choice you should have a consultation and in person evaluation with a provider.

It is an option for you to only have treatment done to the inside of the vagina. There are many people who have no labial concerns. For those patients we spend more time treating the vaginal canal. I have not had a patient complain the ThermiVa treatment has made their vagina too tight.

A lot will depend on if you have a urethrocele or cystocele and if so, what degree are they. Treatment options are: Kegel exercises, pelvic floor physical therapy, pessary use, THERMIva, and surgery.
