Uneven breast after breast aug. What may have caused this?

Thank you for your question. There are multiple reasons that this may have happened. One reason is If this happened immediately after surgery, the pockets that the implant are in may be uneven. If this developed later it may be capsular contracture. I know either way, if your outcome is bothering you, you should consider a revision. Good luck.
Will fat graft help lift the breast?

Thank you for your question. Fat grafting in it of itself will not lift the breasts, however, it will help to fill them out and increase the upper pole fullness so that your breasts have a more youthful, perky appearance. While it is difficult to tell with your pictures, it does not appear that you need a breast lift. Good luck.

Thank you for your question. Your NAC can be lifted about 1 to 2 cm maximum and the areola can be resized.. Additionally, by performing capsulotomy along the inferior pole, the shape of your breast will be more natural. Good luck.

Thank you for your question. You are correct that your breasts are bottoming out and making your nipples too high. The correction for this is to decrease the amount of skin along the nipple to IMF. Additionally, as you have a history of bottoming out, placing an internal bra will provide the necessary support that you need. Large implants that are pulling the skin down can increase the veins showing through your skin. You may consider downsizing your implants. Good luck.

Thank you for your question. While it is very hard to tell without seeing your true before pictures, the range that is picked out will likely get you close to the after picture that you hope for. Bigger implants, above 350 cc, can lead to an increase chance of asymmetry or bottoming out overtime. A 10 to 30 cc difference on a 400 cc implant is practically in perceptible. Good luck.

Thank you for your question. Your implants have bottomed out. Wearing a supportive bra can help slow down the process, however, this will continue to get worse over time. Revision surgery could include internal sutures, and also an internal bra to provide support and longer lasting results. Good luck.

Thank you for your question. You are a good candidate for a breast augmentation, however, to get a fantastic result, performing a small breast lift, either via a peri areolar or more likely a vertical incision would improve your result and make it longer lasting. Your nipple to IMF distance appears slightly elongated in your at higher risk for bottoming out. Good luck.
