This patient had saline breast augmentation 13 years ago and with time and aging, sagging has developed. She wants a more natural feel and correction of the sagging. Exchange to Sientra style 107 435cc was done on both sides along with release of the scar tissue capsule around the implants in order to let the implants sit in the correct position. Periareolar (donut) mastopexy (lift) was also done. Tissues have not stretched at this time so the implants still appear high in the breast. Also, the scars are still red at six weeks postop and will take more time for the redness to fade.
