Hi Danielle,

Thank you for your question and for posting your pictures. I do think you will require an anchor shape skin scar to lift the breast, as you have a lot of excess skin in the lower pole of the breast. Scar around the areola only may not be enough and the areola tend to stretch.

Thank you for posting your photos. You do have some mild degree of tuberous breasts and will benefit from an Augmentation in addition to correction of the areola.

Hi Lana,

It is possible to improve on your concerns by removing some of the excess skin ( tightening procedures), adding fat graft can fill some of the dents mainly in the upper pole of the breast.

I do think you will need to be assessed clinically and have a discussion with a plastic surgeon to discuss your expectation.

Thank you for posting your photos, you have some degree of asymmetry and the left breast is sitting a bit lower down comparing to the right side. In order to increase your breast volume, you will benefit from having breast implant on both side but also may benefit from a lift to the left side to match the two together if it is of a concern to you.

It is difficult to know the cause of the tight breasts and pocket without a clinical assessment. It could be due to an early degree of capsular contracture . You also have some degree of asymmetry in shape and can be corrected by a revision to the right side.

You have a degree of droopiness that it can only be corrected with a breast lift. As you also wants a full breast, you will benefit from an Augmentation too. So, your best option is an augmentation/mastopexy .
