Accutane 80 mg is the standard dose for adults. I have found that 20 mg works just as well without as many side effects.
How long does it take to detox my body from hydroquinone?

Hydroquinone (HQ) should be out of your body quickly but I would still wait 6 weeks to get pregnant. Your skin can develop a tolerance to HQ so I don’t recommend being on it for more than 6 month and don’t recommend over 4%. From just a skin standpoint and pigment issues, 5 months off of HQ and 6 months on HQ is a good routine. You’ll need some other topical non HQ product during that 5 months.
