Hi Clarkebi,Ear cartilage is normally surgically folded to reduce the ear projection during Otoplasty.I think this could be a piece of folded ear cartilage that is normally done during otoplasty. This piece has fallen out of line unknowingly.It may slowly disappear if not it can be surgically fixed.40 years experience, American Society of Plastic Surgery.

Dear Madam,I am glad you asked this question in many details.
Garlic and many more herbal products like Ginseng ZincoBilova are blood thinners but on a long term basis.All herbal products take time to act compared to allopathic medicines which start acting in 40 mins.
Therefore a single dose as a cause cant cause blood thinning at the time of surgery.I think you and your surgeon should be ok

Thanks for the most interesting question. A 600 cc of fat transfer in total in two stages after 50% fat reabsorption should end into a 300 cc cup normally.I wish you all the best.

Many thanks for the interesting question. I would think a 650 cc in each breast was a good volume in the first sitting and more augmentation may be disfiguring if the person is not a large body and weight.Since 1.5 years have passed you can safely undergo more fat transfer without bothering with oil cysts.Just remember larger the breast faster it will hang and then one may need a lift ending in scars over the breast that no one wants.

Thanks for your question. I would think in careful hands all areas are safe. I think those areas which are disfiguring the shape of the body like prominent love handles lower back lower abdomen trochanteric region and posterior aspect of thighs are safe if a uniform layer of fat is aimed to be harvested with 3 mm power-assisted canulas.An area for liposuction that is not flat like hips I will consider will have more chances of contour depressions and dents \,Inner thigh usually have loose…
