Patient is a 38 year old man with very fine hair and diffuse thinning of crown. He showed excellent response to PRP with Acell matristem at six months; maximum medical therapy (minoxidil, finasteride, low level laser, nutritional supplements, etc) was encouraged but for now he chose only to use the PRP treatment. As expected, his response began to diminish over time.
