Hi

Firstly I think you look pretty good for your age so I personally would probably be talking you out of surgery. The main issue I see is a slight asymmetry of your eyelids and brows due to the left brow sitting too low. I would recommend a nonsurgical browlift with anti wrinkle injections as a starrting point and see how you go from there.

Whilst we dont have a photo of you whole face you seem to have very attractive features already and any surgery will only make you look weird in my opinion. Dont be swayed by other people. Embrace your natural beauty and mixed racial features (Eurasian) and live a happy life. Most women would love your looks.

I'm not really clear what you mean by "droop down in a recessed way", but I can tell you judging purely on those photos, it doesn't need 'fixing', because it isn't broken. If you are very unhappy about your profile, you might want to have an in person consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon to explain your concerns in detail, to see if it could potentially be changed (not fixed!) to something you prefer.
I have a squishy nose. What could this be? Can it be fixed?

Hi.
The simple answer is yes it can be fixed with a tip rhinoplasty which can refine the tip and give more structural support to the tip of the nose. Having said that the main reason for a rhinoplasty is for better aesthetics or better breathing. If you dont mind the look of your nose and your breathing is fine then dont do anything and stop squishing your nose! Just fixing the squishiness is not s good indication for surgery.

The main cause of your facial asymmetry is your nose and you would be a good candidate for rhinoplasty. I definitely would not advocate for any jaw surgery. Your subtle smile asymmetry is best addressed with conservative use of filler and anti-wrinkle injections.
