Breast augmentation and aplastic anaemia
Jul 28, 2020
Thank you for your question and I’m very glad to hear that you have completed your treatment. As you are no longer immunosuppressed, I do not think there is particular problem with you considering breast augmentation. As usual, I would advise you strongly to look for safe environment in which to do this and to specifically ask your surgeon about infection precautions and general safety levels in the facility. Please feel free to get in touch if you’d like me to help out
Do Internal Bras really offer more support and lift?
Do internal bras work?
Jul 13, 2020
This sort of device has been around for many years and, whilst the concept may have an appeal, many surgeons (including me) have felt that the risk of complications outweighed any potential benefit. My biggest worry would be the consequences of a relatively minor infection taking hold with a foreign body, resulting in a devastating effect on the breast tissue. Given that other established surgical give accurate, long lasting results, I have never really been tempted to adopt this measure

Which procedure to reduce areolar size and lift breasts?
May 19, 2020
From your photos, you look like you are an excellent candidate for a modest breast reduction. This involves lifting the breast tissue at the same time and almost always involves making the areolae  smaller, which sounds like exactly what you want. It is a routine procedure that needs to be planned carefully with an experienced surgeon who understands exactly what you want to get out of it.  you will have a lot of choice about what size you want to end up being in its therefore important th…
Will a tip rhinoplasty sharpen my nose tip a lot?
Can you change the frontal view without changing the profile?
Apr 27, 2020
Thank you for your very interesting question. Generally speaking, the majority of rhinoplasty patients have more of an issue with their profile than they do with view from the front. However, I can completely understand why you feel the way you do. Many rhinoplasty techniques will change the appearance both use but it is possible to modify the plan so that the impact on the profile is minimal, whilst creating the changes you’re looking for. Rhinoplasty is a complicated area of surgery but it…
