Name: Nancy de Kleer, MD, FRCSC (Plast)

Statement: Dr. Nancy de Kleer is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the founder of Oakville Plastic Surgery in Oakville, Ontario. After her residency, Dr. de Kleer became a trauma surgeon at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto. She went into private practice when she opened Oakville Plastic Surgery in 2005.

Dr. de Kleer is board certified in plastic surgery by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. She is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Ontario Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the Ontario Medical Association. She is also an assistant clinical professor at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.

Biography: Molly is our medical administrator and in-house extrovert. Born and raised in Ohio, Molly earned her medical administration degree from Boheckers Business College. Before joining the Oakville Plastic Surgery team in 2010, Molly worked at the Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio as patient coordinator.

Known around the office for her upbeat energy, it’s no wonder Molly received the RBC Stellar Performer Award. Always organized and efficient, Molly keeps the office running smoothly. Molly’s favourite treatment at Oakville Plastic Surgery is laser hair removal. Her favourite skincare line is glominerals.

Name: Vanessa Fernandes

Position: Patient Care Coordinator

Biography: Vanessa has more than 25 years experience in the medical eshtetics industry. She earned her Esthetician diploma from Sheridan College and her Certified Master Pedicurist (CMP) designation from the North American School of Podology. Vanessa is also certified in chemical peels, intense pulsed light (IPL), Nd:YAG lasers, radio frequency, ultrasound and microdermabrasion. She is passionate about educating and sharing her knowledge and has been teaching medical eshtetics for more than 20 years, she was recognized with a Teaching Excellence Award from George Brown College. Vanessa earned her Health Records Clerk and Medical Communication certificates and has joined the team as the Aesthetic Patient Coordinator at Oakville Plastic Surgery.

Biography: Michèle is a licensed Medical Esthetician and Clinical Skin Care Specialist with more than 20 years of experience in esthetics and beauty. She graduated from Gina’s College of Advanced Aesthetics in 2000, specializing in Medical Esthetics and Clinical Skin Care. Michèle is also a graduate of CoolSculpting University and numerous laser courses.

Michèle has extensive knowledge, and excels in client relationships and customer service. She is warm, compassionate and caring. Cheryl has completed MD Codes Training and she has also received certification from Aesthetic Blueprint – a training program that uses breakthrough concepts gleaned from the world’s best. She has a strong background in the cosmetic industry and has extensive training in the latest innovative techniques of botox injection treatments and dermal fillers. She continues to expand her knowledge by attending the latest workshops to always maintain a superior leading edge in new and advanced techniques.
